We wouldn't even consider using any other builders than Keith Stone. In 1989 we did a MAJOR remodel with Diamond and again in 2008 adding an office and new master suite.

Keith was transparent and efficient with the billing. All invoices were prepared and presented to us with clear tracking of expenses and budget including all supporting documentation. Yes, there were some glitches; the first year had a record rainfall season and some materials were delayed. These and other problems were managed and time adjustments made.

The result of our extensive remodel exceeded our expectations. The house is not only solidly built but the workmanship is exquisite. Needless to say, we give our highest recommendation to this experienced and excellent company. It truly was a pleasure to work with Keith and Jeff Stone and the Diamond Construction family.

While Diamond Construction sets a high bar for quality, they are sensitive to cost and highly skilled at improving design within existing footprints. Keith's 30+ years of experience helped us transform a 4800 sq. ft. custom 1960's contemporary home into a gem in line with today's market. He and Jeff presented creative, affordable and viable solutions to costly conundrums that arose from new code requirements. In the end, they presented a home that was in a class of its own, just like Diamond Construction.

Owner Keith Stone and son Jeff, our project manager were both involved with the job which presented several challenges from soil conditions to complicated roof conditions. From the start, they were creative problem solvers, great communicators, and their attention to detail was phenomenal. Jeff was on site often and both Keith and Jeff were immediately available when problems arose. They have a knowledgeable, efficient work crew and carefully choose sub-contractors who they monitor.

I was particularly impressed with the good rapport, communication and respect between the subs and contractor. Jeff expected and ensured the highest quality of workmanship which we greatly appreciated. We can't recommend Diamond Construction highly enough!

Working with Diamond was a dream! Their work flow and cost estimates were clear and concise, and spot on. The schedule was extended only a bit by our change orders, and the final invoice was within 1%. Jeff and Keith met with us nearly every day, and involved us in every step.

Our site was steeply sloped with several protected trees and the house included many exacting architectural features.
