A wide-ranging project to convert a well-known San Jose office tower built in 1925 into housing. The project aims to remake the Bank of Italy historic office tower downtown into a residential high-rise with at least 100 apartments. The transformation will be one of the first successful office-to-housing conversions in the Bay Area. The project hopes to instigate a wave of development on reinvigoration of the downtown San Jose area, and satisfy greatly increasing demand for high-quality housing.

As a family company, we think carefully about what it means to create homes, the setting for lifetimes of new memories.
