Traditional Estate

A two year masterplanned estate, we built the main home, guest home, tennis court, outdoor pavillion, tennis court, swimming pool, and 68 panel solar field, over a hilly 4 acres parcel. With only one road into the hillside, we were tasked with managing hundreds of subcontractors and suppliers within a small area.
