Built 75 years ago, Diamond was tasked to revamp this beautiful mediterranean Orinda estate. Staying true to the historic nature of the property, Diamond enlisted subcontractors who could recreate the feeling of history. The hand hewn beams, handscrapped floors, tilework, and custom made windows and doors illustrate that purity and that intention.
